Many studies show that women in mentoring relationships have increased odds of being promoted and achieving higher salary growth than women without mentors. Mentoring can help women change or inform their perceptions, better articulate career ambitions, and gain confidence.
WOMAG’s mentorship program, offered annually, aims to facilitate meaningful connections in the food and agriculture sector in Asia, enabling participants to extend their networks, deepen industry knowledge and sharpen professional skills. WOMAG pairs individuals in the industry based on breadth of experience and specialization, offering a unique opportunity to empower mentees’ professional development, helping them to identify and achieve their career goals.
Our mentorship programme is notably free of charge and hybrid, so you do not have to be based in Singapore to participate. Both women and men are invited to join as mentors, but only women are eligible to participate as mentees.
Applications for the 2024 Mentorship Programme have now closed. If you’d like to be notified when our 2025 cohort opens for applications, please subscribe to our newsletter here or follow us on LinkedIn here.
